TUBE CARBO – a tank system with high filtration and strength performance for separating solids from aqueous suspensions.

TUBE CARBO – dewatering tanks made of PP (polypropylene) geotextile fabrics.

An alternative to existing sludge dewatering technologies. Made of plastics, it enables very economical and fast sludge cleaning without the need to invest in complex mechanical equipment.

Filtration occurs through micropores in the material. The solid fraction of the sludge remains inside the flexible tank, while water flows out. After filtration ends, further dewatering and consolidation of the solid fraction continue inside the tank.

Applications:

• Storage of hydraulic mixtures (slurries) and suspensions.
• Filtration of suspensions from a settling tank.
• Cleaning of settling tanks/ponds.
• River channel regulation.
• Protection of coastal shorelines.

Advantages:

• No need to transport sludge from the cleaned settling tank.
• Significantly shorter cleaning time.
• Reduced labor and equipment requirements.

 

Filling port – standard configuration:

1 port with a diameter of Ø250 mm per 10 m of tank length.
